Kids often get discouraged from participating in team sports when they’re dominated by the athletes in their grade. But Handball is a sport few kids already know, and one that provides more of a level playing field for everyone than the more popular ball sports.

We use Handball to give children an opportunity to actually enjoy sports without feeling intimidated or overwhelmed. In addition to the exercise it provides, our Handball courses foster self-motivation, sportsmanship, teamwork, and coachability.

We provide Handball courses at several age groups designed to keep games fair and competitive. Groups meet on different days of the week to allow instructors to focus on the specific needs of each age range. Students can also sign up for weekend and school holiday sessions.
